Last year for St. Patrick’s Day I featured one of my most treasured bags, which happens to be green and reptilian. This year, I’m adding a new “reissue” tote in an earthy shade of olive to my collection. The distressed leather is so yummy, so me, I wish I could have a sofa made from it.
I’m starting to believe in green as a neutral, setting a solid yet unpredictable foundation from which I can mix and match different outfit colors. But don’t take my word for it; I’ll let the delicious photos do all the talking…
And yes, I know, we gals always want to see the bag on…so here it is paired with one of my favorite Chanel cardigans. What do you know, it’s also green :D. Happy St. Patrick’s Day everyone!
Sandy, yes that video is totally fashion porn. but after watching that, i wanted to run in my closet and hug all of my chanel jackets lol. they were made with love!!
Kat: spill! what new green bag did you get :D!
Beautiful tote! Love the color and style. Green is a wonderful neutral.
Love your croc reissue. It’s one of those bags you look at and just get why people consider purses to be art too.
I don’t know if you’ve seen the little black jacket by Chanel yet : http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=UIYSW9_CCCI
It’s like fashion porn. 🙂
Larkie I love that new tote! I like it much better than the older reissue tote that I had from Chanel which was so much flatter. And I totally agree with you on green – I just got a green bag too and they are surprisingly versatile!
