So today I’m following up on the pottery day I blogged about a couple of weeks ago with some before and after photos.  Above is what my tile now looks like after it’s been baked and glazed.  The studio also added a wire at the top so that I can hang it on the bulletin board I have in my home office.  This is what it looked like before:

 

And this is what my niece E’s tile looks like now–I wish I had taken a before photo of it:

 

I love ceramics; the after is always so much better than the before. All mistakes are forgiven in the kiln.
